Hairdressers

I never have believed in hairdressers, because they never do what you ask to do them. When you said, “please just cut my tip burns”. They cut your hair a lot; they cut to half the long of your hair. So, I decided don’t go anymore to the hairdresser’s.  That is why, since I was seventeen years old that I haven’t cut my hair.

I remember a lot of bad experiences with hairdressers. For example, when I was fifteen years old, my mom forced me to cut my hair, because she thought that I had my hair damaged. But, I never thought that this cut would be too much. I remember that I even couldn’t cover my ears with my hair; it was too short, I hated it. Also, I remember, when I decided cut my fringe for myself and this fact ended up in a complete disaster. That is the reason, why I decided don’t touch scissors anymore and don’t let anyone touch my hair.

The Placer Travel

I would like to go to Italy and live there for a couple of years to study Italian and obviously know Rome, Venice and Tuscany. I always have thought in Italy as a romantic and beautiful place, where you can have a passionate affair with a handsome Italian boy. In my opinion the Italian boys seem to be so romantics and good lovers, but just lovers, because people say that they can be infidels too, because they like all kinds of women. So, I would never marry me with an Italian man.

If I have the chance to go to Italy, I would like to visit the Da Vinci museum, Roman Coliseum and the pizza tower. I would love live in Tuscany, because it seems to be so peaceful and wonderful. Also, I would like to study Italian, because I think that it is the most beautiful language, obviously after Spanish of course. But I like how the Italian sounds; it is so “bello”. I can be wrong but for me the Italian language seems to be simple and easy to learn, because it has a closer relation with the Spanish.

The Chonchon

When I think of Mythology, quickly come to my mind the myth of Chonchon, most known as Tue-Tue. This is a Mapuche myth, which was inherited to the Chilean people, specifically to the people of the south of Chile.

It is about an evil sorcerer, who with the help of a cream that he spread on his neck; his head is clear from his body, his ears become wings and emerge two horrible claws under his head.  So it is said, that he fly at night making a scary sound as tue-tue and the person, who hears it is destined to die.

This myth really call my attention, because some people of south of Chile say that they have heard to the Tue-Tue and even some of them say that they have seen him. Some people say that if you say Tue-Tue, three times, this will appear in front of you as a man with a black layer and you have to invite him for coffee at home, because if you do not do that, he will kill you.

In Chile there are a lot of myths; other one of them that I can remember is the Caleuche, which is a ghost Ship.

Los Vasquez

I would like to write about a Chilean duo, specifically from Coyhaique. The duo called Los Vasquez and is formed by two brothers named Italo and Enzo Vasquez. The type of music that they play is Latin Pop, Reggae, Cumbia and Ballad. The duo rose to fame in 2010 with his hit "Tu Me Haces Falta" and the other singles from their album "Pop Cebolla", which have been big hits in Chile and much of Latin America.

Actually, I like this duo first because they are Chilean, second because they are the ones, who based on their own experiences, achieved produce their own album, inventing their own songs, arranging music, recording, mixing and materializing. Resulting in an album full of beautiful songs. And finally because I had the chance of see them play in live and for free. I noticed that, spite they have amazing voices, they are so simple and nice. My favorite song of Los Vasquez is “Juana Maria” because it is a happy and fun song, which you can dance in a party. So I like to listening this song in order to feel me animated and glad.

Here you have a video of one song of Los Vasquez, for you take a look.

The job of my dreams

The job of my dreams is to work on a cruise or any job that involves travel and see new places and people. I would love to travel to different countries and learn their culture and traditions. I know that if you work on a cruise you can travel the world and earn big money. I would not mind working as a waitress, if I can travel and see new places and people.

Another type of work that catches my attention is to work as a travel reporter, because they have to travel the world, writing reports about what is good and bad of the place that they visit. Also they give advice to people and recommendations about where to stay and they give their opinions about the  typical food of the place. Therefore, they have a really good job, where they can experience new adventures without paying for anything.

I would love to have the chance to travel the world without worrying me about spend my own money.

Boys over Flowers

I have seen this series long time ago, but I saw the Japanese version, which is called "Hanna yori dango" that means "the boys are better than flowers". Now there is a Korean version called "Boys over Flowers", which is transmitting in a Chilean cable channel is called "etc.TV" I’m following this version too, because I really love the story of this series.

This series is a mix of drama and comedy, but it has sad moments too, that can make you cry. It’s about a poor girl, who has the opportunity to enter to the richest and private school of Korea, because she saved one student of that school, who wanted to kill himself.

Then she met the "F4", which is a group of the richest boys of the school. These boys are self-centered, arrogant and spoiled. They are responsible for ruining the lives of all students. However, there is one guy of that group, who is completely different of others, he is quiet and polite. So our protagonist falls in love with him. But the leader of F4 and the most arrogant guy of the school, he falls in love with her. Although, she hates him.

It’s a really good and interesting series that you have to see, specially if you are a girl.

My favor movie

In 2010, I saw this movie called "The Lovely Bones" which is based on a novel written by Alice Sebold. This film became in one of my favorites movies. The genre of this film is drama and the main character is a teenager called Susie Salmon who is raped and murdered by her neighbor. The reason why I love this movie is that shows the death as just a change of the place where you are and it talks about a topic which is very present in our days "the pedophilia". This movie shows how Susie has to deal and accepts her death and in the other hand shows how her parents suffer the sadness for loose their first daughter but they still looking for justice. I have to accept that I cried with this movie, its made me a lump in throat. However, the feeling it wasn't sadness, it was a mix of hapinnes and melancholy. This film left a feeling about the death as just a travel of your love person, although the horror of a murder.
